Funayuki 170mm English Oak The knife's bevels are groundFunayuki 170x50mm, San ma blade V Toku 2 tungsten steel core and suminagashi cladding (Wrought iron and 15n20) Small Santoku with thin edge but robust spine. Distal taper from 4mm at the handle to 2. 2 mm mid blade to 0. 9mm at the tip. Core harden at 63 64HRC. Please note that, there is a small delamination within the wrought on the emoto (near handle) and on the spine mid blade (See last photos). This won't affect the performance of the knife
